Absolute dump - Avoid

I checked in, went to room. Said to my wife we aren’t staying here and we just left. I know it said three stars so we were not expecting luxury but this place is a dump

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel du centre-ville de Nevers. Personnel très attentionné et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Petit bémol : fonctionnement de la clim un peu aléatoire.

Chambre confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'isolation phonique et la présence d'un volet électrique, et d'un sèche-cheveux. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. Tout est ancien mais très bien rénové (sauf l'ascenseur, petit et poussif). Le ménage était correct mais pas impeccable.

La dame à l’accueil m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait pas l’annuler et m’a dit de s’adresser directement chez vous. J’ai annulé. Je ne sais si cela a été annulé ! C’était une mauvaise expérience de vos service !

De dame aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was eenvoudig, klein en schoon. Ondanks dat het hotel tegenover het station zit, was het erg rustig.
