« il n'ya aucune communication serieuse ,je me suis trompe dans la date de reservation 23-24.12.22025 au lieu du 16-17.12.2025 jai envoye tout de suit un message pour rectifier,pas de reponse .j ai appele par telephone la personne m a confirme qu elle allait le faire,or rien n a ete fait...du coup le 23-24 j avais des obligations donc non disponible,ils m ont fait payer quand meme en etant abscent. s ils me remboursent pas la nuite,je saurais leur faire la pub pour non respect des clients et...
