Convenience is good here with the city centre, Haven Road Cafe & Patisserie, Ruby's Coffee or Anchor Bar & Grill, or Styx on the waterfron all within walking distance. With a car or bicycle you'll, it's an easy trip to the beach, the river swimming spots & many other local attractions. \*\*Special conditions & notes\*\*: \- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. \> Steps - Access from the road to the house is via a steep outdoor stairway with handrail. This may be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. \> Parking - Parking here is on-street, immediately below the property. The road is safe and quiet without through traffic. \> Garage - There is a small garage at street level.
