"What a spectacular place. Rooms are somewhat colonial but so comfortable. The grounds are super and we got to drink wine and watch the sunset each night on Adaondak chairs. Each morning there was a basket at the door left quietly at 0700. Inside is a carafe of coffee, all the fixings, pastry, juice. Thete was also an area in the reception of help yourself to fruit, etc. I would give this higher than an excellent if I could. The town is cute and there is a ferry to the site as well. You'll love it."

"This hotel is a gorgeous historic hotel. It has all character and beauty that you expect in Easton, Maryland. People should be aware that the air conditioning/heat is controlled by the staff. So if it’s hot in the room, you can’t adjust the air conditioning."

"This was our second time staying at this property. The home is very comfortable and well equipped, and the setting is gorgeous. We stayed a bit off season so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool area or kayaks/paddleboards. The chocolate chip cookies, welcome note, and flowers were an added special touch. The owners have gone the extra mile by turning the garage into a game room with a pool table, ping pong and foosball. There is so much to do on this great property. Some of the lights weren't working on our arrival, but the owners attended to that immediately. Their communication was great. We've been vacationing on the Eastern Shore for many years, and this home is top notch. I would highly recommend staying there."
