The view from the condo was beautiful! However, the condo itself was rundown - long overdue for simple repairs and in desperate need for paint! The cheap plastic exterior lounge chairs and interior table were broken, and the curtains were torn. Couches were stained and the unit itself was not clean (rugs not vacuumed, tables dirty, juice splatter on wall, hair on bathroom floor and in shower...). Basic starter supplies were only partially provided. That said - the management company was very apologetic and responded immediately upon us contacting them. They sent the cleaning person back to do a proper cleaning and bring the starter supplies. They also sent a very nice person from the management company to look at the damaged furniture and curtains - he did the best he could to repair the curtains, but indicated the owner of the condo would need to replace the broken furniture.
