Sitting directly across from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this retreat is sure to become your favorite spot for a relaxing beach vacation. This home features all-new flooring and stunning water views from every room—no carpets! The spacious great room includes a 55" TV visible from all angles, while the dining area offers seating for eight at a custom hand-crafted table, plus a breakfast bar for three. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, and plenty of space for multiple chefs. A new washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen. Buckeye comfortably sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, all with brand-new beds. The primary suite features a king bed, while the other three rooms each have a queen. Every bedroom offers beautiful views of either the Gulf or the Sound and includes a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms have been recently updated—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large front deck as you watch pelicans soar by and feel the sea breeze. New outdoor furniture provides an additional dining or snacking space. A newly built deck extends along the back of the house, offering another perfect spot to dine, relax, and take in the breathtaking summer sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for. After a day of swimming and shelling, rinse off in the private outdoor hot/cold shower under the house. A charcoal grill is also available. Explore the island by bike, foot, or jog along the multi-use path, or take advantage of nearby rentals for bicycles, kayaks, golf carts, and surfboards—delivered right to your door. The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is just two miles east, offering a great spot for fishing and people-watching. This is a pet-free, smoke-free home, and events are not permitted. Check-in process was easy and we got to check-in early so that was nice.. The house was okay, floors were not very clean we all took our shoes of at the door, walked around the house and the bottoms of our feet were all black. The couches were absolutely terrible (broke down horribly, the springs pop everytime you sit on it.) Was our first vacation after having a baby so we wanted to be able to sit around the house and relax but ended up leaving the house as much as possible. Two of the beds are broke down and as mentioned in other reviews the pocket doors are incredibly hard to open and close which was really frustrating everytime you needed to use the bathroom. And definitely make sure you buy the essentials when you get there, it's stated in the rental agreement but they literally only provide a tiny amount of things. (1 roll of TP in each bathroom, one thing of soap to run the dishwasher, etc.) Overall wasn't terrible but for the price we will probably pick another property to stay at next time. ##### Dylan L. A+. Worked out perfect for our family with small kiddos. Close enough to the beach to be there in 2 minutes, but not \*right\* on the beach where we'd have to watch them close. For whatever reason someone had to come meet us for check in versus sending us the door code, but after that is was easy to get in/out, Most time getting to/from the mainland was seamless although I'd warn that on a Sunday evening there was a but of a wait. The house was very clean and laid out nicely for a family. Everyone had their own space. Navarre is very nice, not busy and the beach was not crowded. Also, as the other reviews state the chairs on the deck are uncomfy but the view makes up for it. Awesome house and area. ##### Angela M. Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the layout of the house and all the rooms were so spacious and well decorated.
