« DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we spotted an un-housed person and his friend living under the staircase of where our room was located. We spoke to the front office women, who was very kind and she spoke to the (I’m guessing maintenance man or manager, not sure) man doing pool work, who did ask the people to leave. « Starting off there were cockroaches at the room, the microwave and fridge were in a horrible state, the towels provided were dirty; the bedding smelled horribly. The room itself looked and smelled bad. Not even 5 minutes into the room there was a roach. Really uncomfortable to rest knowing everything is so dirty »

« Besides the price which is very reasonable. Each time that we travel to Chico, always stay at this motel. I find the staff friendly and plenty of parking and the rooms are always clean. Next time we are in Chico our #1 Choice. »

« The rooms are amazingly clean always, we've stay here every time were in town. The staff this last trip went over and above making sure we had what we needed to make sure our trip was comfortable. The breakfast was incredible (always), so many choices for hot or cold breakfast and what makes it stand out above the other hotels is that the hot breakfast choices change daily and you can build a grab and go bag if your on the run and cant sit down for breakfast.
