Owners provide 10 adult beach passes to walk on the beach. Kids are free. This is a 2 story home, on each level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and Central Air Conditioning! Beautiful huge, private back yard, with custom built patio with 2 large outdoor tables and chairs, enclosed outdoor shower, and two driveways allows for parking for 10 cars. There are 4 queen size beds, and 2 full size beds, the kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you will need to cook and prepare meals. You are walking distance to the Pier marketplace and ocean where there are the most popular restaurants in Narragansett, such as Sea Craft, Crazy Burger, Celeste, clam shacks, the Coast Guard House, unique coffee shops and delicious sandwich places, unique shops and MUCH more! We rented this house for six bridesmaids and the bride to stay in for a destination wedding, and we could not have been happier with it! The house is much bigger then the pictures make it out to be with the six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate living areas. The two driveways were also an added bonus!
