A little piece of paradise for a holiday stay.

A pleasing gem that was found in a small village. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and garden were well kept and the rooms were quite large and air conditioned. A definite recommended location, wish we could have stayed longer.

From arrival to check out we enjoyed everything- even a Petanque court to toss a few boules before a dip in the pool. Fresh and ample breakfast and enjoy a very reasonably priced bottle of wine or champagne on the terrace at the end of the day. Top level hosts.

We'll be back!

You will love this charming BnB in an old French house, in a small town between Carcassonne, Narbonne, and Minerve village. Owners Chris and Paul are just wonderful, we had a beautiful high ceilinged room. We enjoyed the beautiful pool to cool off in every day, and the lovely garden paths. Breakfast is great. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Great location.

Great option to visit the Catharsis Region.

Wonderful experience. Chris and Paul were great hosts and helped us with recommendations to very good restaurants and villages to visit. Excellent location to explore beautiful villages such as Minerve, the Abbey of Frontfroid, and Narbonne. Breakfast was delicious, served in a pleasant terrace. Very reasonable rates and great cost/benefit. Will return next time we visit the region again.

Un séjour parfait! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était très spacieuse, et nous avons beaucoup apprecié la piscine, jacuzzi et jardins. Un garage pour les vélos est disponible, et les hôtes sont très aimables.

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement. Un jardin on ne peut mieux entretenu avec sa piscine et son jacuzzi et pour ceux qui aiment la pétanque un terrain a en être jaloux, quant à la gentillesse des propriétaires ceux qui trouvent quelque chose à redire viennent me voir😂

Un séjour réussi !

Très bon séjour à Olonzac au retour de Minerve. La bâtisse est magnifique. L'on s'y sent bien. Quelques petites améliorations à apporter pour que tout soit parfait : tisanes dans les chambres, il n'y a que du thé. Au petit déjeuner on regrette l'absence de jus d'orange frais. De même l'on pourrait trouver des confitures maison ou locales. Mais là c'est pour la perfection!

Chambre familiale géniale - bon accueil

Au centre d'Olonzac, cette demeure bourgeoise du XIXème siècle est magnifiquement rénovée et les hôtes continuent cette rénovation avec goût. La décoration intérieurs est dans le style de l'époque et le cadre extérieur est très bien entretenu. La grande piscine fut très appréciable par cette chaleur, on choisi transat au soleil ou à l'ombre. Les propriétaires, bien que discrets, sont très accueillants. les prix des boissons sont très acceptables et le petit Minervois proposé très bon. A noter qu'il n'y a pas la climatisation mais 2 ventilateurs sont mis à disposition dans la chambre (nuit très très chaude en Août). Peu-être prévoir un étendoir à linge dans la salle de bain afin d'accrocher nos serviettes de piscine. En résumé pour cette nuit passée à Eloi Merle : très bon séjour. Merci Paul & Chris. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour parfaire notre anglais :p

Loved the refreshing pool and relaxing jacuzzi. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Morning breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was magnificent. Lots of garden activities, such as ping-pong and boules to be entertained. Chris and Paul were amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

Séjour exceptionnel !

Hôtes très sympathiques, discrets. Cadre magnifique, le jardin est un havre de paix, propice à la relaxation. Vous pouvez profiter de la piscine, de la table de ping-pong, jouer à la pétanque et même y boire l'apéritif. La chambre proposée est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, propre. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!!
