We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Naples, while still feeling peaceful and private. Our family felt right at home, and we made such wonderful memories here. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Naples!

We paid for an early check-in since we needed to shower and get ready for a work event. The property was not cleaned when we arrived, and we had to get ready and shower even though the house had not been cleaned. The cleaners ended up throwing away some of our bathroom products. The house had a significant dog smell which was a little better after housekeeping cleaned. The property itself is very nice but the coffee maker does not work well. The communication with the host was great.

House was in great location. 5 mins from Vanderbilt and lots of restaurants. Communication was easy. The house was clean but lacking in supplies to use. Pool filter/pump was not working and had a layer of dirt. No net provided to clean it. So we didn’t use the pool since wasn’t sure if the filtering system was working. Most of the supplies provided for beach were broken (wagon, water guns), dirty or not good condition (bikes super rusty). Had issues with TVs. Grill was super slow. Bathrooms didn’t all drain properly. When I contacted the management company about issue with pool as and FYI they were rude and said that we should’ve contact earlier so they can fix. But I didn’t pay 900 to keep them up to date on maintenance issues or to wait for them to fix it. The cleaning company and management company charge enough to be able to confirm all pool equipment is working properly before handing over the house. The house was super clean and comfortable but some bugs (that could be a Florida thing). The cleaning company arrived at 10AM on the dot and watched us pack up the car… never experienced that before. We were done by 10:04AM.
