It is centrally located for all the southwest Florida towns and cities, and is in the middle of the block of a quiet, working class area. Alan supplied all of the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels) and was very communicative throughout our stay. There are beaches within biking distance and quite a few beach options just a 10 minute or less drive away.
