Our Home: Plumeria Point is a spacious, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, offering over 1500 sq. ft. of open living space. Every detail has been carefully curated with brand new furniture, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Primary Suite: Relax in the king-sized bed and enjoy a private retreat complete with built-in office space for those who need to squeeze in a bit of work while on vacation. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, and the walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for your personal items. Guest Bedrooms: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and generous closet space, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms benefit from an additional door that offers extra separation from the main living areas for a bit of peace and quiet. Bathrooms: The second bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combo with double sinks, perfect for families. While we welcome children, please note that our home is not baby-proofed. However, we do provide a pack-and-play and high chair for your convenience. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security. It faces out toward the road and is on 24/7. Insects: While Florida’s warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. If there is any issue with a bike please notify us so we can repair it for you. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 teens, and a 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for all ages. Very clean, well put together. Great amenities! The pool & out door space was our favorite part. She was communicative and provided ample suggestions that we incorporated into our trip. These were helpful in it being such a success, such as taking an Uber to the beach in high season because of limited parking, avoiding the crowds at Tiger Tail by going around 5p, and taking the Hemingway shuttle out to Keewaydin. She even helped us find allergy friendly food options. The house was in great condition with everything we needed. Plus she took some suggestions immediately. I’d highly recommend this property and Kristen to others looking to stay on Marco Island! ##### Katherine V. I also enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed including an air fryer. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Location to Publix was less than a 3 minute drive. Naples was a 30 minute drive but did not feel that far. Only thing is the pool is more of a dipping pool so it was great for me and my husband.
