We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were impressed from beginning to end\! The hotel was super clean and in a perfect location. Everything was exactly as described and honestly, even better than in the pictures!
A very special thank you to our host Martina, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning and truly made our stay even more special. ❤️
We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again anytime. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean place in a great location, this is definitely the place to stay!
Thank you again for everything ❤️
We were a little unsure when we arrived from the outside, but the place is really nice inside. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. It’s definitely a suite like room. Nice view of the street area below. The receptionist Martina was just wonderful to deal with. She is very polite, professional and very helpful. Martina had great suggestions during our stay and arrange for a taxi when we checked out of the hotel. Thanks Martina for making our stay very pleasant . I’m sure someone else will enjoy their visit also.
This place is in the middle of the action, lots of restaurants around to choose from. The room was well maintained and staff were very helpful, available at all times via Whatsapp. This is the place to stay if you want to feel the city.
The rooms were immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. A few mins walk to Toledo underground and easy access to the old town. The receptionist was lovely. I’d recommend this place for cleanliness and location
We had a wonderful time here. The room with super high ceiling and the view out of the window were just out of this world. The host was most helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again next time in Naples. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the ferry port and important landmarks. The old town is only one metro stop away, but also very walkable.
Just note that this is not a conventional Hôtel, but a suit of luxury rooms hidden in a mixed used building requiring pressing an intercom to get in and the host is only there 9-3.
the room with extra high ceiling and view was out of this world. the photos on travelocity did not do it justice. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. instructions to get into the property can be improved though because it is not a traditional hotel. thr rooms are hidden in the second floor of a multi use building. had some diffifinding the right intercom button to push. otherwise it was a wonderful experience
Perplexing stay. 2 nights with spouse.
The good parts :
A) Martina the receptionist/ manager was awesome. Professional friendly and helpful
B) cleaning crew was very good.
C) Room was spacious. A/C Was strong and bathroom was good with great water pressure.
D) Coffee machine and supplies stocked.
E) Excellent location
The OK and iffy parts :
1) The “hotel” is on the first floor of a dilapidated old run down building in a narrow alley.
(Even the taxi driver had difficulty finding it)
2) The iron door shutting out the glass window could not close due to paint caked on latches. Tried to drown out the noise from the street and the fellow across the alley that was trying to demolish his room … starting 6.03 AM no less.
3) The entrance was a disaster … old door with buttons to call different occupants in the building Entrance once door was open had trash cans everywhere and a tiny elevator to take you up
4) Reception is only open from 9 am to 3 pm. Dont know how guests register before or after that time. Martina gives you clunky keys to enter the building, the “hotel” apartment and the key to the room.
5) Martina gives you codes and instructions via whats app
6) This is not a hotel, it is not even a BNB ( no breakfast). Only a room
Buyer beware !
Location was great. A few streets down from the metro line and ferry. Our hostess was very sweet and even helped me with a mishap that I had. Truly appreciated.
We had a great stay! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Martina was incredibly helpful and friendly she immediately helped us arrange everything we needed and made our stay so much easier. We really appreciated her hospitality and would definitely recommend this place! 😊
Wonderful Boutique Hotel in the middle of Neaple. Every room have special name, we were in "Piazza Plebiscito". Modern and very tasteful design, spacious room and a perfect view of the port and Vesuv. Thank you for the lovely hospitality Martina!
Not a hotel. Newly renovated suite of 5 separate rooms on Floor 1 (accessible by stairs or elevator). Code needed to get in front door from street and into AirBnb (no breakfast) suite, separate code for door of our room. Location is excellent on busy street/neighborhood with excellent restaurants/bars/markets and close to many sightseeing locations. Our room was one of two with view down the street of ferry terminal. Most mornings, new cruise ship had arrived in port overnight.
Staff was excellent and very helpful.
Super nice hotel hidden in city center, amazing service by staff although the front desk is only available till noon but they respond to any need by message. I left my ring at hotel, they found it and delivered it to me!!!! Super nice team and professional, I will definitely go back.
