The lower level is screened and has direct access to the back yard. The pool area includes a large pool with heater, waterfall, hot tub, BBQ and bar area. The ground floor also has a 1 Bedroom with en-suite kitchenette and bath. The second floor is accessible via front staircase or spiral staircase from pool deck. There is no elevator at this property. This level provides all the living area you and your family need to spread out, it includes the large living room with two sitting areas. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining room with a large island and four comfortable bar stools. The dining table has 6 chairs and can seat up to 8\. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to make a great home cooked meal. The kitchen and dining room also have expansive views of the gulf. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and includes a new full size washer and dryer. Access to the large wrap around deck is provided through the full wall of glass sliding doors in the living room. Three of the 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor each with their own bathroom. The large master bedroom has a King size bed with a new memory foam mattress and new high thread count sheets. The two other bedrooms on this floor each have queen beds with new mattress and high thread count sheets. The third floor area is an open loft and consists of a large high-ceiling open bedroom with it's own huge private walkout deck with breathtaking gulf views. The house is situated on a wide canal just 75 yards from the open waters of the gulf. This combined with the optional rental of our 23’ foot side console boat (150 hp 4 stroke motor) that can take you through calm protected waters to deserted pristine white sandy beaches just moments away. You can also take an amazing twenty minute run through the calm waters behind Keywaydin Island all the way up to downtown Naples, dock the boat and walk the colorful streets and shops of the center of town. Likewise it is just ten minutes across to Marco Island. Or you can take one of our four kayaks from our dock and paddle around the tranquil coves and bays that make up the Isles of Capri, with its dolphins and abundant sea birds and inshore fishing opportunities. You will also have a good chance of spotting Dolphins and Manatees within yards of the shore. The mainland is also accessible by a single road. The Isle of Capri neighbors nearby Marco Island. It took a day to warm up the hot tub but was wonderful after we found out how to turn it on. Host was great at getting back to us with any questions. It would be nice if a few more cooking items were in the kitchen. Pan selection was either small or huge, knives were in need of sharpening and there was very little bakeware items. These items would have been nice to have but certainly didn't detract from our stay overtly. There was lots of space, and kitchen was very clean which is always a bonus in my book. Rent a boat from Mike at Capri Marina and keep it at the house. It's well worth it. Go to Coconut Island or Key Waydin at high tide and see dolphins, manatees, in beautiful clear water just minutes from the dock. The kakaks are great for those more adventitious easily getting into the mangroves. Fishing is great just about everywhere. The location was absolutely perfect—tucked in a peaceful area but still close to everything. One of the best parts? Watching the sunset every evening from the back patio or, if you want a truly breathtaking view, head up to the third floor. It was like having front-row seats to the most beautiful show in town.The house itself is spacious, airy, and well laid out—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. We had a small issue with the pool heater, but Daniel, the owner, was amazing. He responded quickly and had it resolved right away. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. (4 adults, 2 kids) The downstairs room is its own separate apartment which was great for my brother to have his own space. The pool and hot tub area was one of our favorite spots to relax/play after boating all day. The screend in back porch kept the mosquitos out so the outdoors were able to be enjoyed. We watched sunsets and storms from the top deck. Having the dock and direct access to the gulf was AMAZING!!! We had dolphins swimming in the canal directly behind the house. The location overall was wonderful. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants. We really enjoyed the Isles of Capri Fish House with live music, a mini beach area and great food/service. All the neighbors we met were so friendly and helpful. The drive to Marco Island was quick and easy. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Being able to store our boat trailer on property was a bonus. We only had 2 cars so parking was easy. There were umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Overall we had the best trip. I can not wait to come back. We loved our stay at this house that is very conveniently located on a canal.The pool and hot tub were great and our family had a wonderful time kayaking. Being on Isle of Capri is so quiet and relaxing. And the restaurants are so close. We got used to all the stairs. He was super attentive to our needs. He was very quick to respond. The Isle of Capri was so quiet and laid back. We enjoyed quiet nights sitting in the lanai. The sunsets were beautiful. We had a great experience with dolphins coming into the canals each night. Our first night one got right up to the dock and turned on its side to look up at us! Great restaurants close by.
