Best Vacation!
We had our first trip to Naples for our kid’s spring break and it was perfect! Kathleen and Peter are the most gracious hosts. The house was very clean and it was the perfect set up for our family’s needs. Cannot beat the location. We will definitely be back again!

The 5 star ratings are all true, this beautiful home is the best maintained home we've ever stayed at. The customer service you get directly from the owners, Peter and Kathleen, is truly exceptional...wonderful, walkable/golf cart'able location...we enjoyed a very warm dip in the outdoor spa every night even with chilly January evenings :)

This home is the perfect location for people who want to go to the beach and into town. Both are within walking distance.VRBO hosts were incredibly attentive; house was very clean and comfortable, and our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. We highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable easily accommodating our family. It is perfectly located-just 1/2 mile walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The house was also well equipped with all the appliances and essentials we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bikes provided were very convenient. Our family all agreed this was the best house we’ve rented so far. I will highly recommended it to anyone looking for a house in the Old Naples area.

Absolute PERFECTION!! We wanted for nothing! Everything was so clean, spacious and modern! Our hosts were better than perfect. Any questions we had they were quick to respond and always cheerfully. The location is walking distance to beach and town as well. BEST VRBO we’ve ever rented!

Home away from home! Incredible location. Quick walk to the beach, to 5th, etc. Property also seemed much larger than in the pictures as well as from the outside. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and several common areas throughout the home to read, watch TV, work (if you have to). Will definitely be back. Great communications with owner. Couldn’t have been more convenient and nice!

Olde Naples as its best!
The owner of the beautiful house welcomed us personally on a late Sunday evening and explained the most important infrastructure. The pretty house is idyllically located in Old Naples, just a few minutes' walk from the shops on 5th Avenue and the beach. The house is well maintained, very pleasantly furnished and immaculately clean.
We can warmly recommend the beautiful house in a prime location with its very friendly owners to everyone.

We had a wonderful week at Tres Palmas! We were traveling with young adult children and wanted to stay where everyone could do their own thing but we‘d still be all together. The location was perfect- easy walking distance to the beach and 5th street. And the beach cart with chairs in the garage was a pleasant surprise! The home itself was beautifully decorated and very clean and had everything we could possibly need.Check in and communication with the host was friendly and welcoming.We definitely would recommend this property and definitely would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing vacation location for whole family!
We had an amazing time at Tres Palmas and would recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Naples! We vacationed with our adult children and their significant others and the house was perfect. The house had a great common area where we could all gather for meals and relaxing. It also had a fun pool and hot tub space with a lit tiki hut for outdoor fun. There were several other areas where people could sit to talk or read. We were within an easy walk to Fifth Avenue for fun restaurants and shopping and also within easy walking distance to the beach. The kids also enjoyed playing ping pong and riding the bikes. Highly recommend!

Beautiful family week in Olde Naples
We had a wonderful family getaway in Naples. Peter greeted us at the property and showed us around answering questions and getting us acquainted with his beautiful home. The location is perfect. We walked to the beach and to 5th Ave to enjoy shopping and amazing meals. 5 bikes were available and we used them everyday. Peter was only a text away and answered questions promptly and professionally He also provided recommendations for eating out, biking, walking and navigating Naples. We didn’t want to leave and plan on returning next year. Oh…the outside shower under towering palm trees was a huge hit as well. Thank you for helping make incredible memories with our family.

Long weekend getaway
This was one of the most amazing rentals we’ve ever stayed at. We used to own a home in Naples, so we’re very familiar with the area. You cannot beat this location. You can walk to the beach and to the many shops and excellent restaurants on 5th.
The house is even better than the photos show. It was much larger than we expected. It’s beautifully furnished and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard where there’s a lovely pool, hot tub and ‘tiki hut’ for shade. If you plan on eating some meals in, there’s absolutely nothing missing from the kitchen in terms of platters, serving pieces, etc.For those that love to cook, the kitchen has a Wolf range and toaster oven. Peter and Kathleen were excellent hosts and communicators and they’ve thought of everything for your stay. We cannot wait to visit again. Do not hesitate to book this vacation property.

October visit to Naples!
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this property. I will start with Peter and Kathleen, the owners. They answered any questions within minutes of asking before, during, and after our visit. They met us at the house and went over all the features. The location of the house was PERFECT! Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Street or the beach. We rented a golf cart which was great (if you can, get an electric cart, I suggest that as the gas carts are noisy!) This house had wonderful living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, great beds and linens and we could control the hot tub temp! They had floats, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and bikes for us to use. The house and grounds were extremely clean and well kept! We will rent this home again when we come back!
