A large chef's kitchen with Bosch appliances and plentiful indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded.

Bikes are included, making it easy to explore the neighborhood and bike to the beach.

Guests have access to the entire home and check in using a keyless entry code.

Checkout is easy: no stripping beds, doing laundry or cleaning required.

Other things to note
• Bikes are included with your stay.
• Pool heat to 80°–85°F is included. Hot tub heat to 102°F is also included. If you would like the pool warmer, additional heating can be added for a daily rate.
• For your peace of mind, the pool area features a removable mesh safety fence. Sturdy aluminum support posts slide securely into pre-drilled deck sleeves surrounding the pool, creating a tension barrier for added protection around little ones. When you want full access to the patio, the lightweight fence panels can be unlatched and rolled up in minutes.
• Golf cart shuttle service is available in the neighborhood for transportation to area beaches, shops and restaurants. A golf cart is NOT included with the home.
• True South Vacations donates a portion of its proceeds to animal shelters.

The house is stocked with the vacation essentials, from the kitchen and coffee maker to beach bikes, chairs, towels, a wagon and pool toys.

We can't guarantee sunshine, but Florida gives us a pretty good chance!
