this was a good place to spend 1 night before flying out of naples early am. Room was plenty big, nice shower and clean towels and sheets .
checking was early, just make sure to pay your taxes prior to arrival to get he code to enter.
Hotel was great location. Note you cannot get dropped off at hotel between 9am and 5pm. We knew this when we booked but others did not.
Room was clean. Loved the area. Only complaint is the pillows were horrible.
Great apartment in the Centro Storico of Napoli. Convenient location, close to many restaurants and sights. The apartment complex was secure (security gate access) and each apartment door also has a keypad with code access. We felt very safe during our stay. The apartment itself is big, plenty of room to move about. Bathroom was renovated and was also a good size. If ever in Napoli again, we would consider staying here again.
Room was nice and clean with some minor issues. Shower drain was clogged and curtain was stuck after one use. Was slightly hard to communicate with staff and need to use a phone instead of having staff at the lobby.
Good location in the historical part and lots to see and do within easy walking, room was cool and bathroom nice, felt safe and secure, lift was great as on the 4th floor for the cases. I would recommend as very reasonable price paid too

This was a great little place to stay an awesome location. Wondering all the little streets right out the door and lots of good food. I would definitely stay here again.
This property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of the central zone. Even in the midst of the Napoli chaos (which I love) and vibrant nightlife, it was quiet and a safe area with a gate/code entry system. The room had air conditioning, comfortable bed/pillows and a good shower. We will stay here again on our next visit.
Clean room, good communication by staff, reasonable rate, a little difficult to get to because of its location in Spanacopoli. But we were warned in advance.
The location was very convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and straightforward. The air conditioning also worked well, which was appreciated.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall stay. The soundproofing was very poor, so noise from outside and other rooms was quite noticeable. The shower was partially broken and appeared to be missing a shower panel component. The door handles were loose and felt like they were almost falling apart, and the toilet seat was clearly the wrong size for the toilet.
The body wash was also empty from the first day, and despite this being brought to the staff’s attention, it wasn’t refilled until the second day. That felt rather inconsiderate, especially for a basic bathroom amenity.
Overall, the location and easy check-in/out were positives, but the number of maintenance and housekeeping issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day.
That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there longer. It’s truly a hidden gem, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.
Absolutely beautiful hotel just off the main drag, incredibly quiet despite the central location. Cannot fault anything, check in and out was seamless, we didn’t want for anything, really was a excellent stay
If you are coming to Naples, this is an amazing place to stay. The room was lovely as well as the service. It’s located in the perfect area for you to go an explore Naples, a short walk to the port and despite its location it’s very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.
The property is in optimal state, the room was ample with a very clean bathroom with all the facilities. It was very easy to get in contact with the staff.

Great experience. Very clean. Staff was very responsive with answering questions. Would highly recommend when visiting the area.
Beautiful room, quiet, sparkling clean. Located right at Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Ameno with great shopping. Many activities and tours located close by such as Underground Naples and pizza classes. Lots of dining choices. Staff immediately responsive via text to questions or concerns. Great stay and would definitely stay there again!
