For what you pay this place is great. It’s not luxury and does have somewhat motel vibes. However, it was very clean and the staff was helpful. The tv was small, mattress was not as good as I’m used to, but you could tell that although maybe the owner doesn’t have a ton of money to put into the place they do a good job maintaining what they have. It is also very close to the train station. For people stopping in Naples overnight , it’s a perfectly adequate place to stay. I see some negative reviews and to them I’d say, don’t pay for Spam and expect Iberico.
This hotel was fine for a single night in Napoli. It's close to the train station, close to the nice old city center. It felt fairly safe as it is located at the big street. The room was small, but it worked fine for the purpose of having a basic stay and leaving early to catch the train next morning.

The room was clean, it gives motel vibes to be honest. Good for a quick one night but I wouldn’t stay much longer. No elevator so you have to carry all ur luggage up the stairs. It was quick and easy to check in so I give them that.
The staff is great, they were always available but also gave you your privacy. There were a few issues like slow drainage in the shared bathroom and the ac in my room towards the end needed the filter changed, but if I had any issues the staff addressed it. I didn't think the place was hard to find; there are 2 entrances, one after back street and the other on a busy main street; if you have a car you'd most like have to park in the back street. You just have to ring a buzzer to get in and the staff comes and lets you in regardless of the time of day or not. The cleaning team works really hard, but they don't have do not disturb signs like in some other countries, so you have to let staff know if you need anything. It is very central to piaza garibaldi, all rooms have a TV and there are rooms without bathroom that are more affordable but you use a shared bathroom and shower in the hall. Overall, staying here was a relief compared to some of the other places I visited in Naples beforehand. Staff cleans between 9 -12, around those times, and they don't enforce any kind of cleaning lockout like some places do in the area, which is important because of the extreme summer heat. Overall, the team was great and I felt they were very charming. I had a calm stay at this location. I felt it was the real charm of Naples and authentic.

I have to say that I had a pleasant stay, because I’m not looking a brilliant luxury hotels, I had just the place to sleep; where to keep my personal stuff and where to wash myself.
The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is bit creepy with dark valleys. Personally I felt safe with my company (we’re both over 30 years old, bit bigger guys) but I think someone, who hasn’t seen the big cities with their strange sides, might scare a bit.
But, the people who are keeping the place! BELLISSIMO! They made you felt very welcomed, showed how the things work and helped you a lot, even though we didn’t barely have a common language. Especially the grand old lady IS SUPER, she will give you a best part of Italian people.
The staff were really good and very helpful. However, the property maintenance was very poor. There was no ventilation along the corridor, which caused a terrible smell. The TV was not working, and while the rooms had air conditioning, it was only okay. The cleaning itself was good, but my rooms was only cleaned once during my three-night stay, which is very disappointing. The hotel location is very good for tourist.
Room smelled of tobacco, went on to take a shower and at first the water was ice cold and then all of the sudden got super hot, when trying to change the water temperature, the shower handle delivered an electric shock.
