We did a remote check in which was easy to follow and the hotel manager assisted us with the process. The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee. When planning the next phase of our trip, they were really helpful with giving us advice of where to go and prices for ferries to the Amalfi. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights exploring Naples and surrounding areas! The hotel is located around 10-15 walk from main train station. It was around 15 minute walk to the port where you can take a boat to Procida, Capri etc. Its easily walkable to all the tourist sights & shopping areas from here. The hotel was in a quiet courtyard so still managed to get a good sleep in busy Naples! The reception staff were great - using whatsapp to communicate and can keep your bags here on check out day when we had a later flight. The area is very close to the center and getting around is a breeze. The unit itself was very clean, we came extra early and saw them scrubbing the unit clean. Communication with the host was also easy. It is a bit of a process to get in but it was explained well and the reply's were prompt. The only downside to this unit we found that the bathroom we had the water would go cold every so often. It was a bit uncomfortable to be hit with freezing water unexpectedly.
