Summary: We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. \*The condo has a King bed, 2 twin beds and a full out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms \*This is a first floor unit with lanai access directly to the amenities from the lanai or front door \*There is casual indoor dining for 6 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo \*Parking is available and abundant throughout the resort including right outside the unit \*The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom \*Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant \*There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. The couch looked like a cat had torn it up, there were holes in it, had to put a blanket over it to sit on it. Not a single dish towel in the kitchen. The whole place just looked run down. We had no internet; the host says it was my fault because I did not allow them to enter the unit at 8 a.m. without notice. The resort was under renovation and the water was shut off for a day, as much as I understand maintenance is needed it should have been disclosed at the Time of booking. The coffee machine and outlets in the bathroom did not work, but I was told that outlets were not an issue as I could use the blow dryer in the kitchen.
