It was just the right size for two adults (one of us working). Might be a little snug for four people, but given the location, I'd take it if I were a family, too. Block from the beach, near the pier. 2 block from shops and restaurants on 3rd. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on 5th. Dedicated parking spot. Condo is newly renovated so everything is in great shape. Well designed to maximize space. It’s a cozy condo but was fine for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host provided all sorts of amenities and items to use during the stay which made our lives easier and the trip more enjoyable. Communication was perfect all along, from pre-arrival to check-in and departure. I highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thanks! ##### Joe L.
