"Omg! Hyatt Place Westlands was wonderful! The most challenging part was leaving. This was our first time to Nairobi. We were happy to be so centrally located—right across from the Sarit Mall— and a short walk to many restaurants and the Westlands Mall. Hyatt Place is 20-30 minutes to Jomo Kenyatta airport depending on traffic and just about 20 minutes to the Nairobi National Park. Check in was smooth and efficient with Moureen. She is kind and excellent at her job. Joseph and Brenda in the restaurants along with all the others are also great. The rooms are very well appointed. We had two adjoining rooms with our teenage sons. Clean, comfortable, and practical are adjectives that feel right. Breakfast was lavish and tasty. The morning we left for safari at 5:45 before breakfast began at 6am, they packed us to-go bags!! What more can I say? When we return to Nairobi, we’ll return to Hyatt Place!"
