The kitchen was very well equipped. Porches were nice. The walkway to the beach should have extended further out. For older people a very difficult climb.. The hot tub was disgusting but was cleaned when the realty company was called. House was not cleaned thoroughly. 1st floor back door in and out was disgusting. Handle on freezer was broken off. Basically it was a nice house and we enjoyed ourselves. The weather last week was the best I've ever experienced at the beach. Upon arriving at our rental it was not as updated as seen in pictures on website. Place on outside advertised corn hole and horseshoe. Unfortunately the grass on premis was so high neither could be played. When speaking with rental company we were told that they don’t maintenance outside! Grill was unclean and the brush to clean it had no bristles. Pool and out door bar area had sand all over. Rental company did call someone out to clean up and they were very prompt. I think they should update photos to match the actual look of the rental. I will not be renting again at this place. It would he nice to have the yard and rental as advertised in photos. Was very disappointed in the look of outside very unkept. We did enjoy our stay but would have enjoyed it more if we could have used the outdoor games. ##### Cindy D. Lawn care in the front yard looked like it hadn’t been done in weeks and trash was strewn along the side of the Reif way. Other issues included lack of lawn/weed control in the pool area, ant problems in the pool area, mid sized shower doors that leaked water and multiple towel rods being loose or falling. ##### John W.
