James had the issues fixed within a day or two.In my opinion, the house doesn't have enough couches in the living room for the whole family to sit without sitting at the dining room table. No pizza pan which made it hard to bake a pizza. Reminder: they only supply one small bottle of shampoo and a bottle of dish soap. Be prepared to bring all essentials with you. For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to bring anything. We called the number given and management called us and apologized and put us in the A-unit instead since our house wasn’t ready. After the delay of check-in the rest of our visit was a blast! I gave this trip 5 stars still because I understand things can happen when your depending on others to do their jobs that sometimes people let the ball drop!
