You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. This is a spacious corner unit, the biggest floorplan in the bldg. to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. No need to look any further!!! Patricia Grand Resort's 4th-floor corner suite has recently been remodeled. This is the most expansive floorplan in the entire structure. It can accommodate up to 8 people (2 queen size beds in the bedroom as a full-size murphy bed in the living room). When you don't feel like going out, the new full kitchen with a granite countertop is sufficient enough to allow you to create homemade meals. A large and elegant living room is ideal for unwinding after a long day, socializing with friends and family, and creating lifelong memories! Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. It was a little tight, but for 4 and a dog, it was fine. We did use the pull out sofa and Murphy bed so that each person had their own bed and didn't have to share.
