"Appart'Hotel très bien équipé : four, frigo, congélateurs, assiettes, couverts, coffre-fort, fer à repasser etc... Il y a même un bidon d'eau minérale + une petite salle à manger séparée du lit par une porte coulissante. Il faut cohabiter dans l'immeuble avec des résidents qui y habitent à l'année. Il y a 2 entrées différentes. La salle de gym, la laverie (3 machines+3 séchoirs) en libre service (accès avec sa carte de la chambre). L'eau de la piscine est très trouble, ne donne pas envie d'y plonger. Il y a un petit bar-restaurant dans le hall d'entrée, où l'on propose des petits-déjeuners.mais trop chers et les horaires restrictifs.L'ambiance pourrait être plus chaleureuse. Une attention particulière est attendue pour les clients qui ont réservé pour fêter un anniversaire ou un mariage par exemple. Nous l'avions signalé avant notre arrivée par messagerie et rappelé lors de notre arrivée au comptoir mais le personnel n'en a pas tenu compte (l'un des managers nous a juste fait parvenir un mail avec une (petite) remise pour un prochain séjour mais pas sûr que nous y reviendrons. L'appart'hotel est situé sur une nationale avec beaucoup de passage de voitures, impossible de traverser. Dommage car c'est à 10mn de marche d'un très grand centre commercial (AEON mall) avec cinéma et restaurants. Il vous faut commander un taxi (ou Grab) pour y aller. Sinon, en bas de l'immeuble, il y a 2 petits épiceries (convenients stores) ouvertes toute la nuit. "
