The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay.
