"This is a no-frills property. We stayed prior to an early-morning flight. We wanted only a clean environment and a comfortable bed. This is exactly what we got! An extra that we didn’t expect was that our room turned out to be a suite. The living room and sofa were a nice surprise!"

"Host was welcoming. A few opportunities for a five-star rating....Beds were not made with sheets. Not enough coffee mugs (2 mugs) and cups for the number of people able to stay, no trash bags available. Could be better signage to find the cottage in the dark. Also, the outdoor trash receptacles were overflowing before we had trash to put in them. The cottage was a good landing pad for us overall, with enough space for the family and dogs. "The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. I went to the front desk, she told me to find the breakfast person who was no where to be found. I had to go into a back room to find the staff member on her phone. I said the coffee and creamer was out as well as the food. She said that breakfast stuff takes to long to cook so there wouldn’t be any more food placed out there. I said you have a room full of teenagers waiting for breakfast, she shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t even with the kids. Poor management. I wouldn’t go back when there are many other "

"When i arrived the staff member was sitting on the couch and acted as tho i was disrupting him, but check in was ok. The breakfast food in the AM was barely luke warm and the room refrigerator was not cold. Bed was good and it was quiet so thankful for q place to rest"

"The room was okay. The batteries in the smoke detector died around 5 am, the chirp was loud af, and itbwent off about every 60 seconds. I called the desk twice and was never offered a solution. I had to disconnect it from the ceiling because it still chirped after removing the batteries. "
