Modern two-storey house, with private pool and SPA, very bright, large terraces surrounding the house, garden, located in a quiet and privileged residential area in Playas de Muro, 30 meters from the Natural Reserve and 50 meters from the sea, ideal for vacations.
Dispose of:
4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each, each bedroom with its built-in wardrobe,
2 bathrooms, one on each floor, one of them with bath and shower.
Fully equipped kitchen, extra capacity oven, 5-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, large capacity fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Washing machine near the kitchen.
Spacious living room, with dining area, 50-inch TV, TV / Satellite, two sofas for 3 people each.
Next to the swimming pool it has a dining table for 6 people, a nice resting area for social gatherings, an outside shower., There is another shower next to the garden.

Maison agréable mais le manque de climatisation dans les chambres de l'étage est vraiment dommage car la climatisation est seulement en bas aux pièces à vivre. Notre séjour à été perturbé par des nuits très chaudes,les ventilateurs étant insuffisants. Dommage car tout aurait pu être parfait.

Sehr persönliches Haus mit privatem Pool in unschlagbarer Nähe zu Strand und Naturpark. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße mit reichlich Parkgelegenheit.Strand (bester Strandabschnitt der Umgebung) und Naturpark nach jeweils ca. 150m fußläufig erreichbar.Strand, weißer feiner Sand flach abfallend - mit Surfschule - jeden Tag genutzt Im Naturpark waren wir jeden zweiten Tag. Leider haben wir Fernglas und gute Kamera vergessen. Hier gehen auch Profis auf Pirsch nach Flamingos etc.Einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 200m - großer Supermarkt in 4-5 km Can Picafort oder Alcudia.Ausstattung des Hauses für 4-5 Erwachsene eventuell Kinder ausreichend.Alle benötigten Geräte (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Toaster etc.) vorhanden und funktionieren.Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und persönlich. Service, Poolreinigung etc. professionell durch Familienmitglied.Sehr gutes Restaurant (durch Vermieter empfohlen) ca. 500m fußläufig "Figuret"Das Haus bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen - ob Formentor, Markt in Inca, Soller, Pollenca ... - hier findet jeder etwas.Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ferienaufenthalt bei privaten Gastgebern - gerne wieder.

Great villa with a pool close to the beach

We had a great time at this villa. Very large villa with it's own pool. 4 bedrooms which meant we could all spread out around the house, lots of space downstairs and outdoor table and seats were nice for dinners. Many kitchen utensils which were helpful in the kitchen. Short walk to a beautiful beach and close to shops and cafes. Parking was easy outside the villa not a very busy road (we stayed in May). The owner was very friendly and informative. We had to make a last minute change to our booking due to our son being ill and was unable to fly in April the owner allowed us to move the booking by a few weeks which was very kind of them. Recommend this villa for anyone wanting to stay in Mallorca.

Fabulous Villa

We all loved this property! It has a lovely open plan living room with great outside space and bedrooms. There are 4 different table and chair sets so you are spoilt for choice. Pool lovely and clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Near to beach, nature reserve and shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Gelungener Familienurlaub.Gastgeber "Josi" hat in jeder Situation (Fragen, Bedarf Ausstattung (teilweise (zu) knapp bemessen) geholfen.Andere Wünsche/Vorstellungen >mit Josi sprechen. Wohnung sehr ruhig - trotz Nähe Hauptstrasse - mediterran sauber,für 6 Personen perfekt,auch wenn es 8 Betten hat. Erfrischende Architektur, genügend Stauraum (Kleidung) +Staubsauger.Pool war klein aber fein >coole Extras,Antirutschplatten aussen herum,separate Aussen-Dusche. >Ältere Menschen geeignet.Josi tolle (musikalische) Gespräche;super Qualität Betten/Matratzen;grosse Küche/Waschmaschine (riesiger Backofen) Optimierungsmöglichkeiten:Normale Trinkgläser/Kaffeetassen nur eine Charge für 8 Personen vorhanden. Bei zwei Wochen,Verfügbarkeit Frotteewäsche für zweite Charge abklären >selbst waschen.Tischgrösse (6P.) Allgemeine Hinweise:Strand 250m(!) entfernt,dafür Karibikfeeling.Playa/Platja del Muro/Alcudia fantastisch.Meer 24-26 Grad (1.-12. Oktober) - teilweise sehr windig! Liegestuhl/Sonnenschirm 10-20 EUR je nach Standort.Im Haus kleine Sonnenschirme (von uns Touristen) verfügbar.Bussystem (Vergleich schweizerische Verhältnisse) üble Katastrophe.Man kann je nach Zeit nie sicher sein,ob man mitgenommen wird oder nicht.Mit EC-Karte beim Bus-Chauffeur zahlen (Bar doppelt so viel). Fahrplan/Routen bei google zuverlässig.Lebensmittel teuer,teilweise mehr als in der Schweiz.Nicht bei SPAR-Märkten einkaufen.Reine Abzocke.Tipp: ERSOKI 2.5km oder LIDL 4km entfernt und Fahrrad 60 EUR/Woche mieten

Great villa at a great place

Absolutely awesome villa with a lot of space. Josi and his wife were so kind, they welcomed us as we were part of the family, but always very respectful. A toaster made the fuse flip out - they came within minutes, and bought a new toaster. That's incredible! The pool is great, the kids had a lot of fun. The beach is really awesome, 5 minutes away, have never seen such a flat sand beach - you can literally walk out 100 meters and still stand. The shops close to the house are quite expensive, we drove to Can Picafort to shop at Aldi, Lidl. We took the bus, it stops every few minutes close to the house and costs a few euros. We provided everything we needed for ourselves, two times we went out for eating - we strongly recommend the "Willy" restaurant nearby, it's really cheap and good quality. It was an extremely relaxing vacation and the right choice to come here. Would definitely come back!!!

The villa is perfect for a holiday stay in Majorca. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you may need during your stay. Close to the beach and bus route to Alcudia couldn't have been easier. Owners on hand if you need anything We had a fabulous stay.

Family holiday

Nice Villa: spacious, clean and comfortable, located in quiet residential area. Hosts very helpful and responsive to questions and recommendations. Swimming pool was excellent and great fun for everyone. Local beach clean and tidy and the Sea very shallow which the grandkids loved. Lots of restaurants in this area providing a variety of menu choices. Lovely holiday. Tip: if you don’t fancy driving. Recommend downloading the Mallorcab app. Quick and easy way to order taxis.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft!

Das Haus war wunderschön und genau so wie online beschrieben. Marga und Josi waren tolle Gastgeber und haben uns einen warmen Empfang bereitet. Die beiden standen uns außerdem mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Ungebung und zum Ort selber zur Seite. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung!

Sehr schöne Villa, perfekter Standort

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Josi empfangen. Er erklärte uns alles im Haus und den Gegebenheiten. Im Kühlschrank waren zum Empfang Getränke und es stand ein riesen Obstkorb zur Begrüßung bereit Die Villa hatte für uns eine tolle Aufteilung, da wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da waren, haben wir uns im kompletten Obergeschoß ausbreiten können..Die Küche ist mehr als vollausgestattet.Klimaanlage war zu unserem Aufenthalt passend, da wir es sehr heiß hatten. Auch die Lage ist perfekt.Sehr nahe zum Strand und zu sonstigen Lokalitäten, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Pool war für uns alle der Höhepunkt. Vielen lieben Dank den tollen Gastegebern, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A fantastic villa with lovely hosts

I stayed at this villa with 5 of my friends. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and provided a list of local recommendations which were very useful. The villa is in a good location, very close to the beach and close enough to restaurants and bars to walk, but far enough that you aren’t bothered by the noise. We all had a fantastic time and would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Beautiful House for family holiday

We recently stayed here for a family holiday. The Villa is beautiful very spacious modern and has everything you need for a holiday. The gorgeous Playa Muro beach is literally across the road and there are several restaurants nearby. The pool is ideal and there is plenty of room to relax outside in the sun or under shade. You can easily travel by bus to C'an Picafort or Alcudia, the bus stop is close by and the bus runs every 10/15 minutes. The local Supermarkets are very expensive so would recommend using the nearby mercadona/eroski/Aldi instead. Josi is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful to us.

Lovely property and welcoming owners

The house was modern, clean, spacious, well decorated and appointed, plenty of kitchen items to be very comfortable cooking a meal for a large family. The outdoor area with pool, dining table and sunloungers was not massive but plenty big enough for our group of 8 inc a toddler. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and available when required. He came over to bring us a pushchair with very little notice. Location was quiet, perfect for a chilled holiday. The bus system is soooo simple and 10 mins puts you in alcudia or can picafort where you will find bigger supermarkets and bars etc. The beach is a 5 min walk away and it is simply stunning, probably the nicest beach ive been to in europe. Pro's - quiet location, great beach, lovely house, great hosts. Con's - Pool isnt heated (but that was quite refreshing on some days), bring your mosquito spray. Would I book again?? 100%

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus mit der großen Familie (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kids), Josi ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Lage bietet für jeden etwas, fußläufig sind Strand, Naturschutzgebiet, Supermärkte, Bars, Flaniermeile und Radverleih. Das sehr geräumige, sehr saubere Haus mit Terrasse, Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten war für uns optimal.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool & viel Platz

Wir reisten über Ostern 23 mit 6 Pesonen nach Alcudia und hatten im Haus von Josi & Marga über 10 Tage eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns bewusst gegen einen Mietwagen entschieden und freuten uns über eine Direktverbindung mit dem Bus vom Flughafen zum Haus. Das Haus ist mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Garten mit Pool sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet und auch der Pool samt Garten ist zwar nicht groß, aber es langt. Das Wasser war den Erwachsenen zu kalt, die Kids waren mit Neopren im Meer & Pool baden. Tolle Zeit, tolle Gastgeber und entspannte Ferien in El Muro bei Alcudia.

Superschöne Villa

Die Villa ist so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, sehr geräumig alles sehr sauber. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und haben auf Anfrage sogar zwei Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Ankunft zur Begrüssung erhielten wir eine reichhaltige Schale mit frischem Obst. Nur die Strasse hört man. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern eine schöne Urlaubswoche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Zu Beginn hatten wir eine sehr nette Begrüßung und Hauseinführung durch den Vermieter. Schöner und sauberer Pool, Küche top eingerichtet, Kinderhochstühle und -betten sind vorhanden. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Außerdem hat er uns Empfehlungen für günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in der Umgebung gegeben. Direkt nebenan ist zudem ein toller Naturpark. Alles in allem: Top!

Wunderbare 6 Tage

Zwischen Weihnachten und dem neuen Jahr haben wir ( meine Familie mit einem kleinen Kind) ein paar Tage Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus gemacht. Das war wunderschön und erholsam! Das Haus ist geräumig, luxuriös und gemütlich. Marga and Josi waren sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben sogar für uns vorgekauft (26.12. waren die Geschäfte zu). Sie sind für jede Frage sofort da! Danke schön nochmal! Wir haben außerdem schönes Wetter gehabt, tagesüber bis 20°, fürs Radfahren, fürs Baden ein Traum.
