Wide villa for 10 guests with private pool located only 250m away from Playa de Muro.   
This family villa is the perfect holiday home if you're a big group of people. In this lovely home you'll find all necessary amenities and a lot of space. It has a 50m2 chlorine private exterior pool that's 10m long and 5m wide, a 250m2 paved garden and a nice 10x15 porch. Honestly, there's no lack of space. By the pool you'll find and exterior shower and in the porch you'll be able to share laughs and talks around its big table with lovely views to the main square. On the other side you'll find a second porch made of wood columns and a spacious table for 12 people next to the barbecue. ¡No worries when lunchtime comes! To protect ourselves from the sun you have a parasol and, if you want to get tanned, you can also lay down on some of its 10 sunbeds and really enjoy the Mediterranean weather. A bathroom with shower completes the outdoor area You can also enjoy the company of your local neighbors with whom you'll be able to have a lovely chat and learn more about the traditional habits that allows you to have a unique experience.   
  
Inside the villa you'll first see a big hall that connects the living and the dinning room. In the living room you can rest from the Majorcan sun just by turning the air conditioner on while watching satellite TV or enjoying a nice CD beat. When it comes to the dinning room, as we said, it's open along the living room. The sensation of space is amazing and it will allow you to have conversations with each other.The vitro kitchen offers you all of amenities you may need during your stay. In the same kitchen there's a laundry space with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Arriving to the rest zone you can pick one of its 5 bedrooms. There are 4 with one double bed each. Besides, one of those 4 also has a cot and a high chair just in case you might need it. The fourth room is fitted with two single beds and all rooms have air conditioning to enliven your nights and days in Majorca. You find 3 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.   
  
Playa de Muro is an idyllic spot in Mallorca made by white sand and turquoise and clear water. It's perfect to enjoy our holidays in family, specially with small kids due to the low depth of water. Close from our villa you'll also find golf courses, l'Albufera (a natural park to make a lovely excursion) or hundreds of cycling routes.

#### Fantastic Host, Great Property

We had a fantastic time staying here as a group of 6 adults and 3 children aged 9-12\. The owner was there to greet us on arrival. If/when necessary, we initially communicated via the agency, but he was always on hand whenever needed and extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a good size, the location is great, with the beach right on your doorstep, along with a good selection of bars and restaurants. There are loads of cycle hire places around too and it would be a good base for cyclists - and runners. The bus transport, also on the doorstep, is really easy and we went to Palma, Arta, Alcudia and Port de Pollensa on the bus. There are lots of (more expensive) Spar supermarkets very nearby, and a (cheaper) Eroski and Lidl, 20 and 40 minutes walk away respectively - an easy bus or taxi ride away. It was very hot while we were there but the air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main living space were very effective. We very much enjoyed our stay.

#### Wish we could have stayed longer.

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 day holiday at the Villa, 8 adults and 2 children. Pool area fantastic, no fighting for sun beds. Villa itself clean, good showers and well equipped kitchen apart from wine glasses but they advised us where we could buy them so not a problem. Good communication throughout with clear instructions of how to access the property. Very central in the resort with bars and restaurants all around and a beautiful beach a short walk away. Wish we could have stayed longer.

#### Schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Geräumig, viel Platz und Stauraum. Auch mit 10Personen nicht zu eng. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Lage und schöner Pool. Es gab noch ein weiteres Bad mit WC und Dusche neben dem Pool, also insgesamt 4 Bäder. Für uns mit 3 Familien ideal. Perfekte Lage in strandnähe mit einem tollen sauberen Strand. Ideal für Kinder. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig.

#### Really nice place, great hosts very helpful?

Great place, nice pool, owners were very helpful, good location, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around within easy walking distance. A car would be handy as Alcudia centre and port is a good 5 minute drive away. A lot more going on up there. Nothing really not liked, Heated pool would be nice in April ?, however you takes your chance this time of year.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Natürlich sind die Zimmer hellhörig, wie bei spanischen Häusern üblich. Lästig sind die Mücken, von denen man förmlich aufgefressen wird. Waren im Oktober vor Ort.

Like · Gillade huset och poolområdet . Matplatsen utomhus var suveränt. Många sovrum va plus. Vi var 8 stycken. Barnen älskade den stora poolen. Nära till havet. Mycket bra ställe. / Lena ? Dislike · Ej informerat om el taxa. Eller så har vi missat det. Kaffebryggaren urusel. Endast för 6 koppar till ett boende för 10 personer.. värst att det tog ca 40 min att brygga och en knepig filter hållare . Luktade avlopp tyvärr.

#### Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten perfekte Ferien an der Playa de Muro mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Das grosszügige Bungalowhaus ist ideal für 6 bis 8 Personen. Riesiger Pool und gemütlicher Terrassenbereich und im Innenbereich ist alles bestens eingerichtet. Strand ist 3min zu Fuss. Am Abend ist die Hauptstrasse nicht zu hören. Absolut empfehlenswert.
