Unlike any hotel I've ever used, but would do again. Very clean and comfortable, just small and very Do-It-Yourself. Had everything we needed and the metro is literally outside the front door. Lots of good food choices in the area.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to Old town and any transit. The hotel itself is a digital hotel so not very personable The rooms are fine but very minimalist. They could use a side table or small table

My single room was spacious & simply appointed. This was my first time staying in an European hotel. Once you get through the quirks of digital only its quite enjoyable. The website was informative and gave simple explanations. Super location to Munich central train station, S-Bahn, tour activities & Karlsplatz!

Excellent location, it’s very close to old town in so if you’re up to walk and explore I recommend this location. Room was nice for one person or two! Only thing that bothered me personally was the blinds, too much sunlight came in

Great location. Pretty compact room but the pictures are already telling you that. No black out curtains but outside rolldown blinds so expect plenty of light coming in from the people with their lights turned on in the evening or at night in the room just across yours. Pretty close across in fact.

A practical hotel with cosy rooms with all the amenities wrapped around the room. Location is just outside the metro station underpass and very near to a big shopping district. There are lot of ethnic and local restaurants nearby.

Loved the aircon in the 30deg heat. Room was small but well thought out. Appreciated the croissants etc left out in the mornings. The coffee machine and pods provided is a great idea but the coffee itself wasn’t great and my machine didn’t have enough omph to push water through the coffee pod. The room was quite bright at night so bring an eye mask. I didn’t see any staff so hard to rate. However there was a woman freaking out as she couldn’t get her car out of the garage and couldn’t contact any staff to resolve this issue - this was a Tuesday around 3pm.

Staff at front desk was not helpful during our check in. A self check in procedure was in place and he would only help when we were stuck and he complained about the system. We stayed 2 nights but only had one disposable coffee cup each for our stay. Location was excellent.

Location was good and easy walk to Stachus and Marienplatz. Check-in was not smooth as I didn’t realize that the key card generator at the front check in kiosk wasn’t working. There wasn’t even a bathroom on site to use after traveling if you can’t get your room right away. I needed to store luggage when I couldn’t get my key card and you need a €2 coin to use it - very inconvenient if you arrive with no change. Phone number was posted but if you’re an international traveler, you don’t have the ability to call. Room was suitable but very, very small. 2 ppl would struggle to fit in the double room. Don’t use this hotel is you value staff on site and don’t have phone service if you need help. Otherwise if you know it’s a shoebox and has no staff on site, it’s fine for a budget hotel.
