« We had a GREAT time at this property. Loved so many things about the house. Hot water that NEVER ran out, the air conditioner worked AMAZING. The mattresses were great. The floor plan worked great with our large group. Had a fun time playing in the garage. We never had time to try out the patio/backyard, but wish we could’ve. We have absolutely NO complaints Ioved our time there and I will highly recommend others to stay there. »

« We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay! »
