There were no lamps in the room, the outlets were hard to access, the shower caulking was falling apart, and the wifi didn't work in the room so I had to hotspot. "Staff were friendly and professional but unfortunately the room I was first in had a blocked sink and then the second room had no heating. I had a meal in the evening that wasn’t fully cooked and was cold, I did get a replacement meal but overall my stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. "
