« Séjour réservé pour fêter mon anniversaire en famille dans une chambre studio avec une vue lac, malheureusement la chambre attribuée était au rdc et n’avait pas de vue lac donc après une réclamation auprès de l’accueil, ils nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue lac dans l étage supérieur par le team manager, qui nous a offert un voucher pour 4 personnes pour un verre. Par ailleurs a notre arrivée il n’y avait pas non plus de disponibilité pour dîner au restaurant alors que nous passions la...
