"The resort had an unresolved power outage for long period of time (6 hours). No room cleaning and overly crowded in common area making most of the resort amenities unusable. No parking structure whatsoever, not even a taxi pick up place, we had to catch our ride in a busy highway. The bed has a nail sticking out that cut our feet to bleed, water boiler has rust at the bottom that dissolve into the water. We had to cancel our stay and went home because the experience was do unbearable "

"I cannot recommend Centara highly enough! What a luxury experience - we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool, it was close to all the amenities. Our girls loved the playground, merry-go-round, entertainment at breakfast and especially the pirate ship pool. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with so many options. The staff were amazing, it was my husband's birthday and they did everything to make it special. The golf buggies were always instantly available when you needed them. The food and drink options were plentiful"

"Need update, no staff available at night time besides one security & he allowed group of guests sang karaoke passed 11:30pm even though others customers complaints multiples times."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel resort! The view from our room was incredible. The room was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots of delicious choices. The beach was immaculate. Wonderful place to just chill. We loved the band that played nightly - everything from Pink Floyd to Dolly Parton. Would definitely go back again!"
