"We were picked in an agreed time by Awdeh. We were then taken from Wadi Rum guest house by Hasim who was excellent driver. He took us out to all the prime viewing points in the Wadi Rum gor whole day trip. This included generous portions of traditional lunch. "I had an excellent stay and Wadi Rum experience at Beyond Wadi Rum camp. Everybody who I interacted with - the owner/manager Salman and my guides Abdul and Abdelkarim - where very kind and accommodating. The facilities were great, and I was kindly upgraded to a larger tent with its own bathroom facilities upon arrival as there was availability. "The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day. But thete was still not enough light at night. The coffee was fine but there should be.croissants or something better than cookies. This hotel needs to fix the horrible darkrooms IMMEDIATELY."

"This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!"

"Excellent stay in the heart of Hamra. Great area with many restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was ok. Not so great. Overall a nice hotel in a great area of Beirut. I would return."
