Close to areas we needed to be. Building and furniture very dated and dirty. Bedding had cigarette burns. Chairs were stained and very dirty. Carpets and bathroom floors very worn and dirty. Refridgerator was not cold and freezer didn’t freeze until we turned it on. Coffee pot was broken. Power connections were not good. Lamps were flickering and sometimes wouldn’t turn on. We were happy to see one maintenance worker on site who was painting the hall way. He worked into the evening 8-9 pm.

Ants in the bathroom. Dirty carpet. Shower curtain torn & barely hanging up. Price seemed elevated for the tulip festival. Would not stay here again.

This is a tired, run down property, has not been maintained well, was clean in places, a vacuum cleaner had not been used for a while. There was dirty towels in the elevator, the check in staff was not very friendly or helpful at all, i paid for my room thru Expedia and she charged me again saying i would get it back in 3 to 4 days with no explanation. Not a good experience

There were multiple fire hazards in the room. Half missing outlets. Big things plugged into cheap electrical cords. This was definitely not the worst but not bad. One of our lights did not work. I asked the front dresk to fix it. They said they would and never came.

. when checking in the front desk person was on the phone with a personal call and never knew when she was talking with me or whoever was on the phone. The room smelled of smoke and they tried to cover it up with a strong cleaner which just made it worse.
