Moving through the foyer, you enter the combined living and kitchen area—a perfect spot for shared meals or relaxing in front of the 4K HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and essential cooking utensils for your convenience. Ascend the staircase to the second level, where three more roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, furnished with a king and queen-sized bed. The interior of the house is very attractive and in good condition, with an attractive covered porch, and a lovely backyard. The master bedroom is large and has a huge bathroom. The other 2 rooms have an adjoining bathroom, and good for a family to share. Four minutes from an amazing bakery and takeout called Kudzu. Our only issue was one morning three people had hot showers, but the forth and five people had cold showers so keep showers short if you have a group. It’s a beautiful home- spacious, clean and comfortable! The neighborhood and location were also great. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities offered but look forward to coming back! Checking in and out was very simple. It's in a very convenient location and provided us with plenty of space which is why we chose to stay here over a hotel. The kitchen equipment is fully stocked, we were able to get Uber/ Lyft rides very easily, and everything was clean. The screened in porch area is lovely and provided a nice additional hang out space. If I had to give constructive criticism it would be that both showers need updating (even replacing just the shower heads would be a big improvement!) and we are used to sleeping with a fan which no bedroom had (but easily solved with a trip to Lowes and a $25 box fan... not a deal breaker). Good location in Mount Pleasant, spacious, with nice amenities. Missing a few items like trash bags, tissues, and sofa produces a lot of down feathers. Manager is very helpful and responsive. It was in a fantastic location halfway between the beaches and downtown. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped to host the 8 of us!
