The staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and had all the amenities that was needed. We needed to stay one more day and that where very accommodating.

First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out. Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame inside was coming off, of the two towels provided one was grey, they were very small, the bathmat was stained with something black. This was an old super 8 property it was very run down.

The guy was rude and gave me a hard time upon check in I booked and paid for 2 doubles I went to the rooms and checked in and they were filthy and nasty trash wasnt taken out the bedding was never changed pillow cases never changed floors nasty in both rooms old furniture from the hotel was all outside so when I went to let him knoe he told me he would refund me and even gave the receipt showing he did but when I contacted expedia they informed me they contacted the property and he said he was not giving me a refund even though i didnt stay I am so upset by this experience and I was born in Mt. PLEASANT so i was there visiting family

Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling.

Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed, vending machines don’t work, this a rinky dinky motel so don’t expect too much especially when you see who stays in the rooms as well, too expensive for it to be in this condition and in the area to my opinion, no comfortability here

They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing now and book an Airbnb. I've had bad service but this turned me away from hotels all together.
