"No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. "

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"Terrible experience,there were big rats in my room and they cut my bag, room size is very small, room staff service is very very bad, they took 1 hour for giving me 1 glass of warm water for drinking.
