"Fourth time we have stayed there over the years, it is convenient for the bridge across to Bilbao port and offers a good range of local ameities nearby providing you can find somewhere convenient to park. The improvement work continues and IT IS NO ANSWER TO SAY IN SPAIN BUILDERS ARE ALLOWED TO START AS EARLY AS 8:00 WHEN WORKING IN A BUILDING. Very welcoming Breakfast good, albeit with just one member of staff there, to check people in and find initial coffee plus attend to eberything else there are understandably longer waits then should be the case for some of the food replenishments to come out.
