"Excellent Waterfront Hotel with very good facilities. Since it was early Spring some facilities were not available the indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to train station and ferry etc thereby enabling comfortable commute. The Last Hall restaurant was very good in terms of food and service and so was the Bar / Lounge near the lobby. Overall great property, great location and great staff. "

"The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book. "

"Beautiful home with great views. The location is great. Neighbors were friendly. The birthday pie that was left on my birthday was so kind and thoughtful. Loved it. The home was clean and chic. Close to the areas I visited like Varenna, Milano, Turin and Lugano. I will definitely be back."

"Our stay was just perfect. The rooms were clean and pre-heated when arriving. From the place itself it's easy to get to the towns around or to Milan. Drive time and ease to get to Malpensa was certainly great for us."
