"From the moment of our arrival, everything at this hotel was a luxurious, pleasant moment. Our room was spacious enough for three, with a beautiful little balcony with a table, chairs and umbrella onto the lake. Breakfast was delicious and our steak dinner was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were wonderful, caring and helpful as well as professional and kind at all times. The options of ways that food was served were quite fun. We also enjoyed having access to some flotation devices to use in the lake and the options of hiring a kayak, in paddle board or paddle boat as well. We will definitely return! It's good to know though that the last boat leaves the dock close by at 4:00 p.m. If you want to go to the island and do the walk of silence."

"Sehr große, saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist auf Grund des Mauerwerks, der Lage und ihrer Größe auch im Hochsommer überraschend kühl. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird wird(Gewürze, Kaffee, Duschgel) und der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt"

"We had a wonderful week here! The house was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped for our group of eight, especially the kitchen, which had plenty of high-quality utensils and every appliance we could possibly need for cooking.The lake view from the living room and balcony was simply astonishing, and the nearest public beach is only an 8-minute walk away. There is also convenient public parking nearby, as well as an excellent deli offering local wines, cheeses, and fresh bread. A regular supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away.The house is great for families or larger groups. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. On the ground floor, there is an additional bedroom, as well as a sofa bed. There are also three bathrooms, which is very convenient for a larger group.We never met the owner, Gabriele, in person, but communication with her was prompt and excellent throughout our stay.Danila, who manages the property, was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. He was always ready to assist and share valuable local recommendations. A special thank you to Danila for her hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free.A couple of minor things could be improved: an extra fan would have been helpful during the hot weather, and one of the beds was quite squeaky.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place!"
STUNNING LARGE APARTMENT WITH VIEW, GARDEN AND DIRECT ACCESS TO LAKE ORTA

"Great location for a lake-based holiday and close to a medium sized shop. Carolina was efficient and quick to act. The rooms were as advertised. The large balcony is wonderful and cooking/eating together was a high point of our holiday. The laundry area was easy to use and access. There were some huge rainstorms during our stay and the flat stayed dry. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. The sofas are comfortable. We rented kayaks from Carolina which was great fun. We were left to ourselves to enjoy the flat, garden and area. There flat has its own entrance and with the gate you feel safe & secluded. There's free parking inside the gate in a covered area. You can move the single beds together to make a double bed in the twin rooms. The living room area is well-lit, airy and comfortable.Some points of improvement: We started off with a leaky dishwasher and a blocked bath (Carolina had them promptly fixed). The property doesn't have aircon and only 4 fans were provided so one room had to go without a fan, which was quite sweaty in August. The kitchen is stocked with utensils to cook for 9 except for oven tins, casserole dishes and sharp knives."

"What a perfect spot! The hotel is so perfectly located in Omegna. It is near the boat and the center of town. The staff were friendly and kind. we had a great room with a great view. Breakfast was served which was appreciated. The only little catch was that the internet did not work in the room. However, we went to the lobby where it worked perfectly, so it worked out. Can't say enough about how great our experiences in Omegna was at Croce Bianca."
