Located 500m (by foot) and 1.8km (by car) from the centre, 500 metres from the Super Morzine gondola (access avORIAZ domain) and 1.4km from the PLENEY cable car. Free shuttle stop at 100 meters.  
  
The apartment is composed of:  
Entrance, a bedroom (11sqm) with a double bed (140x190), closets, window. A bedroom (7sqm) with 1 bunk bed (80x190), window. A bathroom (4sqm), washing machine, separate toilet.   
Equipped kitchen area (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot plates) open on living room (with sofa bed (140x190), tv) / living room (25sqm), bay window, large balcony (13sqm), south/west exposition. Electric heating.  
A cover parking space in common garage in the building A2.
