### Renovated apartment with WiFi near ski-bus

Morillon village: This beautiful apartment, located on the ground floor and completely renovated, with an area of approximately 65 m², is ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people. It is ideally located at the entrance to the village, close to the ski bus for easy access to the slopes.  
  
With its modern and warm look, it consists of an entrance hall with a cupboard, a shower room, separate toilet, a bedroom with a small terrace to the east with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom en suite with a 160 cm bed and a shower room with toilet and washing machine, a third bedroom opening onto the terrace to the south with bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for children of under 6 years old).  
  
The living room with open kitchen offers a beautiful space. The lounge area is equipped with 2 sofas - a TV, as well as a wifi box.  
  
In summer, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace, garden furniture is at your disposal.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an electric filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, crockery and cookware.  
  
Beds:  
Bedroom 1: bunk beds (90x190 cm) please note that the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old  
Bedroom 2: a 140x190 cm bed  
Bedroom 3 en suite: a 160x190 bed  
  
Bedding : mattress pads, square pillows and duvets on all beds.  
Bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels and end of stay cleaning at an additional cost, not included.  
A ski locker is available on level -1 to store your equipment.  
You will also find a vacuum cleaner.  
  
Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Located at the entrance to the village of Morillon, the Résidence des Neiges benefits from a quiet environment, while remaining only 500 metres from local shops and services, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike.  
  
\- In winter, holidaymakers will appreciate the proximity of the ski bus stop, located 50 metres from the residence. This free shuttle makes it easy to reach the Morillon gondola, the access point to the vast Grand Massif ski area, which includes Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.  
  
\- In summer, the residence is about 500 metres from the Lac Bleu, a popular site for outdoor activities. Young and old alike will find what they are looking for with many activities: swimming in the lake, tree climbing, pony rides, inflatable games, trampoline, mountain biking, and other outdoor leisure activities.  
  
With its peaceful setting, its proximity to activities and its easy access to infrastructure, the Résidence des Neiges is an ideal base for a vacation in the mountains, summer and winter, combining tranquility, comfort and a variety of activities..
