"There is a water problem in the design of the shower head & shower door so water pools & drains out the bathroom door & onto the carpet outside. I noticed immediately & blocked with towels, but there was noticeable water damage on the bathroom door and walls. Needs to be addressed ASAP."

"Viceroy Los Cabos is a beautiful property with stunning architecture, a luxurious atmosphere, and a relaxing ambiance. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast inclusion was disappointing. My Hotels.com reservation stated “Breakfast for 2” without restrictions, but only the American Breakfast was covered. This should have been clearly communicated at booking to avoid confusion. Despite this, the overall experience was lovely, and I would recommend the hotel, with hopes for better transparency moving forward."
