L'alpet: 28m² studio located on the 2nd floor with elevator. Cleaning not included and linens not provided. NON-SMOKING.  
You will access the apartment through a lobby shared with a second apartment, which has a ski locker and a washing machine.  
The studio comprises:  
\- an entrance hall with coat rack,  
\- a bathroom with shower and toilet,  
\- a large living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a television, and bunk beds opposite the sofa.  
\- a kitchen equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a large refrigerator.  
\- a south-facing balcony with mountain views.  
\- private parking in front of the building.  
\- Pets allowed with a €35/week supplement. - Optional services must be reserved at least 15 days prior to your arrival: bed linen, towels, baby equipment, beds made upon arrival, final or mid-stay cleaning, groceries delivered upon arrival, ski equipment, ESF lessons, and discounted ski passes.
