El personal pendiente de las necesidades del husped, todos muy amables, yo viajé con mi esposo y mi beba de un año y la carne para mi beba me la prepararon al gusto como la solicité sin ningún pero. Ambiente agradable, la cuna para mi nena en perfectas condiciones, la cama super rica todo muy limpio. Suficiente lugar de estacionamiento

No encontraban la reserva

Tardaron un poco en encontrar la reserva, además de que había solicitado dos camas y nos dijeron que sólo les quedaban habitaciones con una cama king size, a pesar de que tenían nuestra reserva con las especificaciones. Por lo demás, un muy buen trato por parte del personal.

La cama es cómoda y en general la habitación es muy buena, tiene lámpara, plancha y burro, una cafetera y tazas. Sin embargo, el baño no es lo mejor, los acabados están mal hechos, había agujeros en la pared de otras instalaciones y se ve que no lo limpian a conciencia.

Elegi este hotel porque iba a trabajar en el Corporativo Santa Maria, entonces es muy practico porque queda a 2 minutos caminando. Y ademas el hotel es muy bueno y confortable.

El hotel en general muy cómodo y placentero, en la zona hay pocos lugares a donde ir en los alrededores, según donde reserves te pueden incluir desayuno bufete o no, no pudimos conectarnos al WIFI.

Great hotel and service

The hotel is not new but it's very comfortable and clean; the rooms are spacious, the personnel it's friendly and kind. I like this hotel a lot. The only thing that has some opportunities is the parking lot, the spaces are small.
