Welcome to your charming cozy retreat in the beautiful Monterey County! Our coastal getaway is nestled in a residential neighborhood. It is the perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and recharge, all while being a short drive from the beach and other Monterey attractions.
This 900 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex offers a cozy and private retreat with all the comforts of home. Perfect for a small group or family, you'll enjoy spacious living with a large, private backyard—ideal for relaxing, dining, or outdoor activities.
NOTE: Our place doesn’t have any A/C. Most houses within our area don’t come equipped with any A/C as the temperature around the area is generally pretty cool year round. However, we do have a ceiling fan that can be turned on to remedy some of the heat.

PLEASE NOTE: Our unit is part of a duplex with thin walls, and while we do our best to ensure a peaceful stay, you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring unit. This is a normal aspect of duplex living. Additionally, please be mindful of your noise levels as maintaining good relationships with our neighbors is important and helps us continue hosting future guests. We appreciate your understanding!

HOUSE RULES:
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays (A minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed) No smoking of any kind in the house. ($1,500 fee will be applied) No loud noise or music during quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM. No disturb our neighbors, so please be mindful of your noise levels No additional overnight guests. Please reach out if needed. No pets ($500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied). No mail / packages delivered to the property. No moving / Rearranging of the furniture No unplugging of the WiFi and electronics like TVs, lamps, etc. No pre-checking bag storage No blocking driveway parking No shoes inside the property.
These HOUSE RULES enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
Release of Liability: This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Property Disclosures: We have 3 actively recording cameras overlooking the driveway, front door entrance (doorbell camera), and backyard which record video and audio of live motion movement in the area. There are also smart home decibel monitors in the hallway which actively record noise decibel levels. The decibel monitors do not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
