"Our family got two rooms. When we got there the front desk offered us pool towels, told us the pool had just been filled so it was cold but would be up to temp soon. We went swimming at 11am, the water was still very cold. It never heated up. We think the pool heater must be broke and they just tell all the guest that. One of our doors to our room did not lock. A shove would allow access into the room without a key. There aren’t any security cameras on any levels of the room floors. Both room’s curtains had weird oil stains all over them. One of our rooms shower squeeled. The a/c in the room also squealed loud all night. Also, there was weird white stuff all of over the tray that I think was meant for eating that was sitting on top of the microwave. At check in we were told it was a cold breakfast; when we went down we found out it wasn’t only a cold breakfast there was eggs, bacon, sausage, a waffle maker among other cold items to choose from which was confusing as to why we were told it was only cold. The orange juice and apple juice was watered down each morning from the machine. The only plus is the gondola to the adventure park in near the parking lot. "

"We were quite happy with the Lodge. There’s a free luxury tour bus that makes 3 runs to the mountain in the morning, and 3 runs back in the afternoon. If miss it, there are lots of public buses. The hot tub was great. Our room was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. I liked the rustic wooden decor. The doors to the rooms are real varnished wood, probably local. The grand staircase is made of huge log beams. There were cool full sized carvings of bears and raccoons scattered around in whimsical locations that I got a kick out of. I’d stay in the Lodge again."
